i have a digital cable box and a regular tube tv and i have a problem?
okay alot of the times when i watch tv my tv likes skips or like the picture for a second goes into like pixels and the sound sometimes gets skipped is this the cable box or my tv?
It is your cable box or signal strength from your cable company. Unplug the tv and reconnect the cable from the wall into the cable box and then the cable from the cable box into the tv. If that fixes it, it was just a loose cable.
Otherwise call your cable company and tell them about the problem and request a signal strength test at your cable box in your house. They can boost the signal if necessary.
