How to Play TV Stations on the microphone at the same time, for Do you use?

I have a wired headset, and I I was wondering if you can listen to the sounds of the PlayStation Games (Call of Duty), and at the same time to use the microphone. My code is in my headset, USB and has a normal connector, but the Once I can use one of the two.
